Online booking

The online diary shows the slots that are genuinely free: pick a day and a time, and the confirmation arrives by email. It is the quickest route, and it works when the practice is closed.

Booking takes place on Sanovia, the practice management platform. The data you enter is handled as described in the privacy policy (page in Italian).

Video consultation

Not everything needs an in-person visit. A video consultation is for going back over the exercises you have been given, correcting how you perform them, taking stock of a course of treatment already under way, or working out whether your case belongs here at all or with another professional.

What a video consultation cannot do is the physical examination: no orthopaedic tests, no palpation, no manual therapy. A first assessment of a new problem has to happen in person. I am telling you before you pay, not after.

When you need a doctor first. Pain that began after a significant injury, or that comes with fever, unexplained weight loss, progressive loss of strength, changes in bladder or bowel control, or pain that does not change in any position and wakes you every night, must be assessed by a doctor before any manual treatment. If you come to the practice with any of these, my job is to send you to the right specialist, not to treat you.
